FloorHow Rubber Flooring
Since 1981, designers and architects have specified FloorHow rubber flooring for its high aesthetic appeal, no-wax maintenance, wear-warranted durability and excellent slip retardance and safety. Today, FloorHow is used worldwide in hundreds of commercial, institutional, educational and government facilities, as well as by many national corporations.

FloorHow rubber flooring is more durable, requires less maintenance and is more slip-retardant than most other types of hard surface flooring.

Aesthetics
FloorHow rubber tiles and stair treads are available in over 125 solid and Flecksibles™ multi-colors and in six profiles: Sculptured, Round, Square, Domino, Bison and SRT (spike and skate resistant). SpectraJet patterns also provide designs never before available in rubber flooring. FloorHow coordinates extremely well with other interior surfacing materials used in commercial facilities. Custom-matched colors, logo designs and special FloorHow formulations are also available.

Slip Retardance and Safety
FloorHow rubber tiles and stair treads are highly slip-retardant and can mitigate the risk of slips and falls in high traffic areas. FloorHow exceeds the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) slip-resistance recommendations for floor coverings in such areas as ramps, restrooms and concourses.

Durability
FloorHow withstands years of heavy traffic and is backed by a 10 year wear warranty. Due to FloorHow’s self-releasing waxes and dense color pigmentation, light scratches self-heal with regular foot traffic. FloorHow installed in heavy-use areas eliminates the need for frequent replacement of carpeting and other flooring materials.

Comfort and Noise Reduction
FloorHow rubber tiles and stair treads are more comfortable to stand and to walk on than other hard surface flooring. FloorHow products also minimize the noise created by footsteps and wheeled traffic.

Maintenance
FloorHow’s built-in waxes contribute to a naturally bright luster that requires no additional top-applied waxes, coatings or sealers to remain effective. FloorHow’s unique profile designs make maintenance easier, more thorough and less expensive.

Floor Tile
FloorHow floor tiles are available in a number of profiles, including Sculptured, Square, Round, Domino, Bison and SRT (spike and skate resistant tile). FloorHow’s specially-engineered embossed patterns ensure easy maintenance and cleaning using automatic or manual equipment. Standard Profile Tiles are for use in any interior, including hospitals, schools, retail, government, institutional and commercial applications. Special Profile Tiles are recommended for applications exposed to heavy-duty vehicle traffic, such as fork lifts, pallet jacks and carts with high point loads (minimums apply; call for details).

Environment
In keeping with FloorHow's policy to protect our natural resources, all FloorHow products are environmentally safe and are manufactured with high quality components to minimize waste and to eliminate the need for disposal. If FloorHow products need to be removed for any reason, depending upon local landfill policies and regulations, they can be easily disposed of at landfills. In contrast to many other flooring materials, from raw materials to production to installation to disposal, FloorHow products contain no harmful substances, such as PVC, halogens, formaldehyde, asbestos and CFCs, and remain inert. Whatever disposal methods are used, they should be in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and practices.
